Alex started his journey in Buffalo, NY with a four year degree in Athletic Training from Canisius College. During this time he worked with multiple sports including lacrosse, volleyball and ice hockey. During the last two years, Alex earned an opportunity to spend his clinical education with the Buffalo Bills. Being able to work with the highest level athletes so early in his career opened many avenues for continuing education and experience. Following the two year stint with the Bills, Alex attended the University of Oklahoma where he worked as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for their athletic teams. He then ventured to Towson University and spent another two years with the Towson Tiger football team. Alex’s journey then led him back to Buffalo to work as a personal trainer and a massage therapist in a boutique gym. Now, with 8 years of sports medicine experience under his belt, he wishes to help the general public as a licensed massage therapist/personal trainer. By possessing multiple certifications, Alex is able to offer a wide variety of services from massage and stretching to functional movement screens, injury rehabilitation, personal training other various modalities. He hopes to guide and teach his clients how to prioritize health and wellness in their own lives.
